Personalized Primary Care, Comprehensive Wellness

Enrolling Patients Now in Texas and New Mexico.

We have a new approach to family medicine & wellness.

It's called Direct Primary Care. We love it, our patients love it, and we think you'll love it too.

Here's the gist: we don't accept any insurance, which means you save money! Become a member of our practice for a low monthly fee, and get unlimited office visits, your doctor's cell phone number, reduced prices on prescription medications, labs & imaging, and a whole lot more.

Meet the Doctor.

Dr. Kyla Martin is a dedicated physician with a diverse background in both medicine and ministry. Born and raised in Tulsa, OK, she met and married her husband, Stephen in 2005. In 2009, they moved to Denver, where Dr. Martin obtained her medical degree at Rocky Vista University.

Through an Army scholarship, she completed her Family Medicine residency at Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX.

How Are We Different?

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it.

NO INSURANCE. NO SURPRISE
BILLS.

The way medicine should be - you and your doctor, with no middlemen or insurance barriers.

We serve all patients, regardless of insurance status (including Medicare), without billing insurance.

We have negotiated reduced prices on labs, imaging, & prescriptions.

PERSONALIZED HEALTHCARE.

We limit our practice to under 600 patients total. Most Primary Care Providers have around 2,500 patients!

That means that your doctor spends more time with you when you need her.

ONE LOW MONTHLY FEE, UNLIMITED ACCESS.

For about $100 per month, you have unlimited access to Dr. Martin for all of your Primary Care needs.

Nearly 80% of all medical needs can be addressed by a Family Physician if seen in a reasonable amount of time.

We make primary care accessible and affordable.

Values-Based Healthcare

Created by God

We believe in God and acknowledge that we are not Him. As stated in Hebrews, "Without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him" (Hebrews 11:6). Our practice is grounded in Christian principles, recognizing that science and faith are two sides of the same coin. We strive to keep God at the center of all we do.

We honor the sanctity of life by acknowledging that a unique, complete human life begins at conception. As Jeremiah 1:5 says, “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations.”

Do No Harm

While modern medicine excels in addressing acute issues, it often contributes to the rise of chronic diseases due to over-reliance on pharmaceuticals. Our approach is to minimize harm, particularly in the long term, by focusing on deprescribing and helping your body function as God designed. As Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones." We utilize evidence-based medicine to tailor a health regimen that works best for you.

Food is Medicine

Over the past 60 years, food has been engineered to be cheap, nutrient-deficient, toxic and addictive. Many chronic diseases can be significantly improved or even reversed by recognizing that food can be either medicine or poison. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 reminds us, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." We encourage mindful choices about what you put into your body.

Patient Autonomy

Ultimately, patients bear the consequences of any medical intervention. We challenge you to take responsibility for your health, understand your options, make an educated decision, and take action. Lasting health and longevity do not come from quick fixes or pills, and we acknowledge that pain is a natural part of life. As Galatians 6:5 says, "For each one shall bear his own load."

Whole Life Health

According to Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, we are created in three parts: spirit, soul, and body. This biblical model for health begins with nurturing your spirit, which in turn revitalizes your soul—your mind, will, and emotions. By fostering right thinking, you develop healthy habits that positively impact your body. This holistic approach leads to whole life health.

We uphold the belief that God is perfect and does not make mistakes, "So God created human beings in His own image. In the image of God He created them; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:27)
