Comprehensive care
High-quality care for kids, adults, and seniors — including preventive care, pediatrics, chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.), mental health, urgent visits, annual physicals, and more.
Unlimited Visits with No Copays or Hidden Fees
Need a visit? We can usually see you same or next day, at no extra charge. Some concerns can even be handled by secure text or telehealth, saving you time and money.
Extended time with Your Doctor
Appointments last 30–60 minutes (sometimes longer), giving you time to ask questions and leave with confidence — no rushed 7-minute visits.
Discounted Lab Work and Imaging
We’ve negotiated steeply reduced rates with local labs and imaging centers. Annual labs often cost under $40, and an MRI may be as little as $500 (vs. $2,600 in traditional insurance-based care).
Lifestyle and Preventative Medicine
As a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine physician, Dr. Martin emphasizes nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and environmental health as God-given resources for restoring health and preventing disease. Many conditions can be reversed or improved without lifelong medications.
In-Office Procedures
Membership covers many in-office procedures such as minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin tag removal. Pricing is always transparent, so you’ll know costs up front if anything outside membership is needed.
Specialist Coordination
If you need a consultant for specialty care, Dr. Martin will coordinate your referral and work closely with that specialist to ensure continuity of care.
