Benefits of Membership

As a Direct Primary Care practice, we only accept 600 patients. Traditional family practice docs routinely have around 2,500 patients! We have fewer patients so we can provide top-of-the-line care to each and every patient. Here are some of the things you'll have access to as a member.

Comprehensive care

We offer high-quality care to kids, adults, and geriatric patients. This includes chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc), preventive care, mental health, urgent care, sports medicine, medical weight loss, and annual physicals.

Office visits when you want them. With no fees.

Need a visit? We can usually get you a same or next-day appointment, for no extra charge. Some questions don’t need an in-person visit, we’re always just a text away!

Extended time with the doctor

Appointments are typically 30-45 minutes, but can go as long as 90. Whatever it takes to get you taken care of. Good healthcare takes time.

Coordination with Specialists

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will coordinate the referral and work closely with that specialist.

Minor labs and procedures

For example, minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin tag removal are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a lab or supplies, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding.

Greatly Discounted Lab Work

We've negotiated great deals with local labs to get your tests done at a significantly reduced cost. In most cases, you'll be able to get your annual bloodwork done for less than $40.

Access to discounted radiology

You'll be blown away by the prices we've negotiated for radiology services. We're talking $600 for an MRI. The average cost in the insurance world is $2,600.

Lifestyle Medicine

Lifestyle medicine uses therapeutic lifestyle treatments, (like nutrition, physical activity & sleep) as a primary modality to treat various conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, & obesity, before having to consider medications or procedures. Lifestyle medicine can help you reduce or even get off some medications!

Lifestyle medicine can also be used preventatively, to allow people to live longer & fuller lives, all of which decrease your cost of healthcare.

There has never been a better time to change your lifestyle. According to the WHO, 80% of heart disease, stroke & type 2 diabetes, as well as 40% of cancer could be prevented, primarily with improvements to diet & lifestyle.
